How to Apply
To submit a mortgage application you will need to be registered with Bank of Scotland Intermediaries. In order to register for our online services and start using our excellent online service simply follow the instructions below.
Register now in five easy steps:
- Select Login to E-service, this link can always be found at the top right of every page.
- Select 'Register now*' and complete the simple registration process. Please make a note of your user ID.
Once your local Business Development Manager has authorised your registration and provided you with the Bank of Scotland E-Service CD Rom, you will receive an e-mail confirming your authorisation and 'one-time' only password.
Contact details for your Business Development Manager can be found on our website in the contact us section then, find a Development Manager.
If you are unable to make contact with your Business Development Manager, then please call 0131 452 3616 and we will be happy to authorise you.
Please note that our BDM's check any pending authorisations on a daily basis.
- Click on the 'Activate your account' link within the e-mail.
- Set up your 'Security details' and your registration will be complete.
- Once you've loaded the CD Rom you are ready to start.
*Note: Providing that your Bank of Scotland registration details exactly match your Halifax or TMB details then you can use your existing user ID to submit applications online. There is no need for you to re-register.
