We can offer your clients buildings and contents insurance and mortgage repayments insurance. All these can be applied for online when you key your clients application through E-Service.

So whether you've completed an HBOS mortgage or simply want a Halifax GI policy, you only need to enter your client's details once.

Mortgage Repayments Cover (ASU)
- In the event of a valid claim we make up to 12 month's payments for accident, sickness and unemployment, which includes Carer Cover (some exclusions apply such as pre-existing conditions)
- In January 2007 we cut the price of our ASU cover by 24% to £4.50 per £100 of ASU cover
* On completion of the quotation you will need to advise all customers that half price cover is compared to buying contents separately during the limited offer. It is subject to our usual underwriting criteria, and available to new customers only who don't already have Halifax buildings or contents insurance and only applies to the first year of their policy. If they cancel their buildings cover, they will be charged the full contents premium for the remaining term. The offer is limited and can be withdrawn at anytime.
