Check that correct payment route has been selected. If you have more than one payment route please ensure that the correct one is selected and if you are unsure please call the helpline on 0845 3060031.
Close down (save details) and go back into the Welcome Page to check that the correct available scheme has been chosen. Choosing a scheme may restrict options, if in doubt leave blank.
