Hints & Tips - Submitting Cases
- A Decision in Principal (DIP) will not secure a product. A full application must be converted to book a product which is being withdrawn.
- You should contact Bank of Scotland Mortgages immediately if you are unable to submit an application – so that it is recorded that you have tried to convert a DIP (in case a product is withdrawn by the time the application is received.)
