Hints & Tips - Product Selection
- Ensure that you only tick a box on the first screen if the scheme is relevant to your application. If you require to submit a Mainstream application leave the boxes clear, unless you require a mainstream Personal Choice or Right to Buy mortgage when the appropriate box should be chosen.
- Ensure that you select the correct option between 'Remortgage - Own Conveyancer' and 'Remortgage' If you require a Remortgage Service product, please select "Remortgage".
- Bank of Scotland Mortgages does not check the product on submitted application forms - If you have submitted an incorrect product code, you must contact us immediately and advise us of the correct product code.
- Noting the product code in the comments box may also be a useful way of ensuring that the correct product is submitted.
