Hints & Tips - Booking Valuations Online

To help us provide a mortgage offer as quickly as possible, the valuation or property assessment appointment can be instructed online. You can do this on the 'Valuation Screen' by answering 'yes' to the question 'Instruct valuation?'

It is important that the property details and access information provided to the valuer are as complete and accurate as possible, this will prevent any unnecessary delays to the application. A box is also provided for any additional information that may help the valuer including your contact details in the event of any query regarding the instruction e.g. If the valuer is having difficulty arranging access to the property.

Note: Only a maximum of 30 characters will be recorded.

Payment methods: We only accept - Debit Card [Not Maestro], Visa & Mastercard

Please note: the valuation will only be instructed online if the fee is paid at the same time.
