Select the Bank of Scotland E-service Icon:

Launch the E-Service Application System

Then select Further Advance/Product Transfer Option:

Manage applications

Then key your clients roll number in the top right hand corner of the screen:

If you are able to submit the case on line the following screen will be displayed:
