What is a Bank of Scotland Product Transfer?

This is when clients transfer their current Bank of Scotland mortgage to a different Bank of Scotland mortgage product before or after their current mortgage deal comes to an end.

What is a Bank of Scotland Further Advance?

This is where your client can borrow more money against the value of their home. The additional borrowing is secured against their existing Bank of Scotland mortgage.

Note: For Personal Choice clients, Further Advances are not available. The client would simply need to extend their credit limit.

There is a set Product Fee for Further Advances which is currently £199. This fee is payable on all occasions.
