If you are already registered with Bank of Scotland and you have a case that is outside standard lending terms or you are unsure, simply give us a call and speak directly to your Dedicated Relationship Team. Our teams based in Edinburgh can help with progressing cases and updating intermediaries on the progress of their case. They are also there to help with verification or collecting additional information from the customer if needed.

Important information and communications
Communications for service updates, product changes (including withdrawals and new products), policy notifications and underwriting changes are issued using the email address you registered on E-Service. Please remember to keep your email address up to date.
Acceptance of faxed documents
We can accept all documents required to support your client’s mortgage application by fax.
The documents that can be faxed include all documents relating to underwriting, name and address verification, signed customer declarations and Direct Debit mandates.
The process to follow when submitting a fax is shown below.
Each document must be certified by the intermediary with the following noted:
- Copy of original seen
- Intermediary signature
- Intermediary name
- Date
- Name of Intermediary company/company stamp
- Where document contains a photograph, notation required, confirming ‘good likeness to person’.
There is no need to forward the original document to us.

To make sure the documents are added to your client’s file, please note clearly the mortgage roll number on each page faxed to us.
