Contact change for BOS Intermediaries commission queries
From Thursday 1st October 2009, payment of remaining BOS Intermediaries procuration fees will be carried out by Halifax Intermediaries Fees Team. Any broker fee queries from this date should be emailed to HIScommissions@halifax.co.uk or if urgent please call 0845 608 0038. Please note previous 0131... telephone numbers for BOS fees support in Edinburgh will be discontinued.

Further advance and product transfers

Any full applications submitted prior to 1st September 2009 will be accepted and you will receive the appropriate procuration fee (even if completion is after this date).
After - 1st September 2009 8pm
Please note that no intermediary applications to Bank of Scotland will be accepted after this date. We have developed a process and a range of products that will allow you to move your existing Bank of Scotland clients to Halifax if they require a product transfer, further advance or to move home. We have produced a simple guide to illustrate the process involved along with Questions and Answers. Your client can also fulfil any servicing needs by contacting Bank of Scotland directly on 0845 850 0842.
